I have pretty thank you stationary I was going to hand write a quick "thanks for meeting with me" type letter. Is it better to print it out on computer paper, sign and mail it? I definitely know e-mailing is a no no.

I think hand-written is the way to go. It adds a great personal touch, and helps you stand-out.

When I used to "hire" people I got several hand-written thank-yous and thought they were such a nice touch. And honestly, now that I look back, those candidates ended up with the job too.

absolutely! and whilst i've never served as a hiring manager i do havea friend currently lookingwho types on nice paper and attaches it to an email. i thought it made her look almost too 'business-y'. I think its important to show a little personality.
