How hard is it to make a tu-tu?
I wanted one for my daughter but didn't want to spend $$$$$$. How hard is it to make? It's only tulle and elastic right?

Not hard. Just use a lot of pins otherwise it does get out of control.

They are really easy. There are a ton of no sew instructions online.
