Childfree cruisers
Just a FYI that we found by accident; Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas has an 'adults-only' pool and jacuzzi area. On all of our other cruises I've been on I have never seen this so I don't know if this is commonplace on different ships.
I now know where I will be planting my deck chair and snoozing soundly.

Re: Childfree cruisers
My DH and I are going on a cruise in February on the Island Princess and they have an "adult only" area called the Sanctuary. I think it costs like $10 a day but you get a huge lounge chair, they will deliver food and drinks to you, it has its own pool and hot tub!!
I know where we will be!!!

Wow - they're charging on Princess? That's crazy.
I dont mind getting up and getting my own drinks and food - I need some type of activity after I've consumed 5 meals in a day and a whole bottle of Jack.

Re: Childfree cruisers
Alot of the Royal Caribbean ships have the Adult only area, it's called The Atrium. There are usually 2 hot tubs and a pool, bar and plenty of lounge chairs. Going there is free, the drinks of course, are not.
but the waiter does come to your lounge chair and take your drink order!

Re: Childfree cruisers
Its more like a private spa area...that's why the charge
The boats do have an adult only area but its not always adult only where as the one I am talking about is truly adult only

Like THAT kind of adult only?
Believe it or not, Disney Cruises have adult only pools!
I'm still up for an entire adult only travel service from flight to hotel to everything!!

That sounds fancy! Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas has the regular adult only pool area. Last time there were no kids, but the adults were acting somewhat childish!
