BUT JEEZ, I eat tofu and soy products CONSTANTLY (since I hate meat and most dairy , and this the best way for me to balance out my diet in a healthier way Chat Icon)

Oh geez... I read about this too, but I don't believe it for a second. I probably eat more soy than anyone on earth because I'm vegetarian AND lactose intolerant... I have more than my fair share each and every day, and I got pregnant right away each time... take everything you read with a grain of salt!

lately I've been eating a lot of soy- DH too- soy yogurt, soy pudding, soy milk, edamame....

I read something similiar a few weeks ago and gave up soy...i was having soy chips, protein shakes made with soy...etc. Chat Icon

Great Article!!

I have tried to avoid it all together because of my fibroids. There is a correlation with Fibroids feeding off of Estrogen. Fibroids get bigger because of the amount of estrogen that is in your body. There is no proven fact that consuming Soy is bad for fibroids but it is controversial. I have asked doctors and they could not give me a solid answer. So I Avoid it all together. With the exception of the occasional edames.
