get this one ladies... the nerve!
I was at work today and a patient said to me... you have been married a year, the next step is a fertlity specialist! hello, this lady does not even know if I am trying! I cannot believe the set of brass ones people have, and when has my TTC or my sex life become her business or anyone elses! Just had to vent. 
I could not understand why i was so depressed today, this is what did it to me......... Please send me some happy vibes.........
