this may be a stupid question but I have to ask
I am taking prenatals is it suppose to make you tired ans nausea? because i am extremely tired from it and nausea.

I am not sure about being tired - cause I am always tired, but for the first week or so of taking pre-natals I felt sooooo sick to my stomach. I just think it was my body adjusting to them.

mine dont make me tired, they did make me sick in the morning. I now take them at night at dinner time and havent had a problem since.

I agree with this ... I don't get tired from my prenatals but I do get nauseous if I take them in the morning on an empty stomach
I now take them at night before I go to sleep .. no problems

I wouldn't think tired because your body is getting more vitamins that it needs, so you'd have more energy.
The nausea is standard for some people. I lucked out, mine don't bother me.
Try taking it at night and with something starchy, like crackers or bread. That might help.

nah jenn i dont think i am pg i am on my third day of prenatals maybe everyone is right i should take it at night. thanks for your answers.

...and try taking them with food. whenever I take vitamins on an empty stomach I feel sooo sick.

A lot of people get nauseous from their pre-natals. Try taking them right before you go to bed. That's what I do and I've never felt sick from them.
