Has anyone ever been to Sedona, AZ?
DH and I are going to Sedona with his parents and sisters in August. I know it's supposed to be beautiful there, but I don't know much about what there is to do. Any suggestions?
So far, we plan on taking the 3 hr. drive to the Grand Canyon, going to Meteor Crater and the Painted Desert.

DH & I went there a year and a half ago for a day. We went on one of those Pink Jeep Tours which was very cool. They have a main street with restaurants, shops, and seriously the best ice cream ever!
It is really beautiful, so much so DH wants to live there now. 
Scottsdale is about two hours away if you want to cruise around there a bit.

My friend was just there, she says it is her favorite place on earth - and she travels extensively!! I know they did a jeep tour, I will ask her what else she suggests.
Enjoy, I have heard such wonderful things about Sedona!! (We were going to meet her there but decided to do New Orleans instead)

I was there years ago. I was pretty young so I don't remember a lot but I remember it being beautiful. Have a great trip

Sedona is great..DH and I have been there three times.
It has cute places to eat and shop, great sites, cool hikes!!!
the colors are amazing!!! bring lots of film!!!!
