What do you think about Trim Spa?
I bought a couple bottles of Trim Spa last year and after taking them for a week with no results, stopped using it. At the time I wasn't exercising at all and my diet was horrible, so I was annoyed that it didn't work, but not surprised. However, now that I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week again and trying to eat a healthy low-carb diet, I want a little something extra to help me with my weight loss goal, so I started taking it again on Tuesday. I'm hoping that it will just be an extra push with the 10-15 pounds I'm trying to shed. At the gym, I split up my workouts with 30 minutes of cardio once, sometimes twice a week, and weight/strength training for 30 minutes twice a week. I've been doing the diet/exercise since early November, but I'm really not seeing the results I want yet. The recommended use time on the bottle for results is 6 - 10 days, so I'm hoping with my new routine that I'll start to see some results in the next week or two. My question is - based on my new routine, do you think the Trim Spa might work this time around? If anyone else has done this, please let me know what your experience was. Thanks so much!!

Re: What do you think about Trim Spa?
honestly - no- what will work is your hard work and dedication
the only reason diet pills every worked is b/c of the ephedra- which is now banned-
if these pills were so great- you wouldn't have to diet and excerise with them- it's marketing

Re: What do you think about Trim Spa?
I don't agree with using any kind of diet pill. They're just not healthy - diet and exercise is the only way to go. I think you need to look at your caloric intake and make sure that you're eating the right amount of calories; usually that's where the problem lies. Most people under-eat when they're trying to lose weight, which actually inhibits weight loss. With your strength training, if you can lift heavier weights, you'll see results faster. By heavier weights, I mean that your sets should be pretty hard to complete. If you're just lifting girly weights and stopping at 10 reps just because you hit 10 reps, that's not good enough......you really need to challenge your muscles in order for them to grow, and the more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body will need to consume to maintain the muscle.

Any type of pills make me nervous. I just don't think we know enough about them.

I also don't think it will work. Look carefully at what you eat and up your cardio. The more cardio the more result JMO. Good luck.
