Fibrin Deposits in Placenta

I went to my 20 week scan yesterday, which all went well, but read my post mortem (which I think they should just let you read imo rather than give you the abridged version) and it said that fibrin deposits were found in the placenta and although this wasn't the cause, they wouldn't rule it out as a cause. Of course for me, this vagueness is better than something being glaringly wrong, but I was wondering if this was something that anyone had ever heard about, or knew anything about?

My 20 week scan went well, but the fact that I am now in a high risk pregnancy kind of put a damper on the joy of the whole thing, the next 20 weeks are going to be filled with doctors appointments, midwives appointments, scans, tests etc...

But still, I am beyond happy to be at the stage where I am, and I am super excited to hold my little bundle of joy (although, it seems a long way away at the moment...)
