I can't take the dizziness anymore!

I have very bad sinus problems and I get dizzy A LOT...sometimes I will wake up in the morning so dizzy that I can't get out of bed, sometimes it will be very bad before it rains (like last night). I also get a lot of sinus infections. I have been to two ENTs and have had so many tests but they can't find anything wrong. I feel like I am always getting dizzy or lightheaded. Does anyone else experience problems like this?

Oh, and I do use a neti pot and take zyrtec for allergies...they don't help much

I've noticed when I am dizzy and stuffy that one of the top vertabrae in my neck is out. I go to the chiropractor and am sooo much better.

Do me a favor and don't use zyrtec...it should not even be sold otc.. I have my reasons. Stop using Zyrtec number 1.

I am not a doctor, however when I had a massive sinus infection last year. I was told by my doc to use Claritan D. It really worked wonders! I was feeling better after one day of being on it. Get the 12 hour. That's the one I used.

The dizziness could be related to the fact that your equilibrium may be off due to the congestion towards the upper part of your head, ears.....

I can very much relate to your post. I am dizzy alot. In the past two months I have had an ear infection and a throat infection and problems with my teeth, Each and every time I am told it is my sinuses causeing the problem. I am so sick of this answer it is driving me insane. The dizzyness is the absolute worst, it is because I am congested and for me the only thing working is blowing my nose alot to clear the congestion. I use saline solution for my nose 3-4 times a day. It is the only thing that sometimes helps. I have an awful cold right now so I really know what ur going through.

Are you using sudafed or a similar decongestant for your allergies? That makes me really dizzy and lightheaded.

Maybe try a neurologist? Do you have vertigo? They can do some tests and see if you are having any inner ear issues unless your ENT already did them.

I was going to ask the same! A friend of mine has this and sounds similar to what you are describing!

Also, do you have blood pressure issues? low blood pressure often causes dizziness and light headedness, while high blood pressure often causes headaches.
