Flu usually can be felt in the chest- like a cough or a heaviness in your lungs...

If you don't have a fever, that's a good sign! 
Wait and see how you feel tomorrow, in the meantime, drink lots of fluids and take vitamin c!!
I have had PLENTY of award winning experience with the flu. A classic symptom of the flu when I get it is chills/sweats, and a general achy feeling 
If you have the flu, YOU WILL KNOW!!!!!

Sore throat today with a back drip. I got some more sleep last night so that helped but I could use a week off of sleep!

If you think it's a sinus infection, you might want to call your dr for some antibiotics!
I hope you start feeling better soon!!!!!! Try sleeping with a humidifier if you have one!!

I forgot about the humidifier. It's so dry in my bedroom. Thanks!
My co-worker got flowers and they are killing me because of the smell of the tiger lilys.

Mucinex, saline spray, Vicks- just make sure your cats are not attracted to the Vicks, mine was and licked it off of my face when I was sleeping, I had to call Poison control in the middle of the night- my cat was foaming at the mouth- Thank G-d she was okay- it is non toxic. And an antibiotic from the Dr. or ENT. Feel better!

I tried the humidifier last night and slept better.
I'm pretty stuffed up today though.
I've been clearing my ears.
I'ts not a bacterial infection, no fever and mucus is clear.
I may try the mucinex though and see what happens.

I'm taking mucinex right now. My Dr recommended the 1200 mg dosage. She said the 600 mg isn't powerful enough at times to clear the congestion in your head.

I think I'll have to take the mucinex. The sudafed made me sleepy even though it said non-drowsy..I'm still suffering.
