Re: breastfeeding twins
It's not easy. I tried to nurse them at the same time but I never got a hang of it. I've heard that there is a pillow that helps but I didnt get it. I nursed one after the other so that they were on the same schedule.

Re: breastfeeding twins
People told me I was crazy when I said I wanted to do it, but here I am almost 10 months later and still breastfeeding.
I'm not going to lie, the beginning is very, very difficult. You should definitely invest in the e-z to nurse twins breastfeeding pillow. After they both got the hang of latching, I used it all the time. When they nursed together, it cut down on the time tremendously. Now that they are older, it only takes them 5 min or so to nurse, so I feed them separately. But the pillow was an absolute must-have for me.

Re: breastfeeding twins
I was never able to get them to both latch and had such a horrible supply that I did not even make enough for one of them. They were both in the NICU so that was hard too. What I found worked for us was that I pumped and I bottle fed them with BM and formula. This worked out great for us and gave me some alone time to pump where I was able to relax after the feeding, diaper changing frenzy.
