i have new exercises for everyone to do


My mom showed me this exercise for situps to do what you have to do is get a chair and lay on the floor put you feet up on the chair than take your hands and but them behind you head and do crunches i tell ya i felt it in my stomach!Chat Icon than i stand in front of the mirror and i do twists just move your waist right to left 20 times the second part of the crunches is very hard lay on the floor you need 2 people for this and grab the person's ankle and bring your legs all the way up and the other person hits your feet back down i did it 20 time i use a chair for subsitute because my dh is always at work when i exercise i still feel it. and with your arm bring you hand over your head count to 20 for both sides. and thats what my mom showed me this past weekend! just wanted to share!Chat Icon

Another good one is to lay on your back and put a bolster pillow under your feet while your legs are bent at the knee. Lightly put your feet on the bolster pillow but never let them relax. while your tightening your core muscles pull your legs up towards your chest then back down again, never letting them go down hard on the pillow. it takes a lot of stomach strength and totally works! i did this in PT after my car accident but continued it afterwards because it really worked my core/ab muscles big time!

thanks! ok silly question what is a bolster pillow??? i definetely would like to try this exercise though!
