bleeding after sex?

So, as you know, I miscarried last week The bleeding only last 3 days (ending on Saturday, finishing up completely by Sunday). Me & Dh ended up BDing on Monday since the bleeding was gone and I felt fine. I cleaned myself up... everything was good, but then the next morning I had a bunch of blood in my underwear (not a lot, but it was there). I cleaned it up and I didn't bleed anymore after that. Since once again I seemed fine, last night we BD'd again Once again, everything was fine, but I woke up again to blood. And I am not bleeding anymore. Needless to say, we will now be abstaining for a little while.

I just read online that we probably should have waited another week before BDing. I didn't know that. I thought that we were just to wait until after the bleeding STOPS (which we did) to prevent infection. Hopefully everything's ok. But did anybody else experience something like this? I wonder what caused it. To JUST bleed a little after sex and then no more. It's not like the bleeding starting up all over again like a period, ya know what I mean? Maybe my cervix or whatever was just extra sensitive after the recent m/c? There's absolutely no pain whatsoever.

Any advice?

i would just hold off for another week...your body needs time to heal. after both d&c's i had the doc said at least a 2 week wait

Ya i would wait another week. Even though you m/c naturally your cervix is probably still open a little...better safe than sorry!

You probably are still bleeding from m/c I know when I had mine I would bleed and stop, bleed and stop...

I agree with what Jenna and Jen said. Your body prob just needs time to heal a bit more.

yeah, that's probably it. Kind of like how when AF is ending, if we BD it'll bring it back on a little bit for some reason. So this might be like that. We'll definitely need to take it easy for this next week, just to be sure.

I would wait another week or two before BD'ing again.

I'm so sorry you had to go through this again.

I agree with the other girls...I would probably hold off a week or two before you bd again.
