Dammit
DH's former job continues to send his final checks to his boss who is never in the office. He has spoken to HR numerous times about sending the check direct.
His former boss just wrote him back that he should have them send it direct.
Is this a comedy routine?
This just proves that this company is going down.
Along with the other things it does poorly.

I'm sorry, that's really frustrating.
He should fwd his former boss's email to HR (copying former boss) and requesting that his check be sent directly to him IMMEDIATELY.
I'd also copy the boss of whoever in HR keeps screwing up.

They said it's standard practice to send the checks to the former boss for forwarding unless it has been requested that they be forwarded to another address. So all of the calls he made to HR were documented but none of them were implemented.
His former boss didn't know this I guess because on what planet does that makes sense?
