I need a dress...
OK...for those of you who dont know... Our little angel came as a surprise to us 2-3 months after we got engaged, and booked our hall, church etc...
Of course we were thrilled... however I couldnt decide what to do... I wanted to be married and take my FH last name (for when the baby is born he of course would) but I also didnt wanna rush my dream wedding...
So we decided to get married in the city hall on 7/22 and then continue with our wedding in the church followed by the recption in EAst wind like planned for the original date planned which was 10/27/06..
My question is....what should I wear to this???? I dont want to make it a big deal, for Im getting my day to be a princess next year, but I still feel like I should look nice...
I was thinking something simple like a sundress... (like something you would wear to a bbq) but Im confused about color and all that stuff...also I went to motherhood in the mall and macys...and found nothing! Ill be like 6 1/2 months preg... on this date! TIA

Motherhood has things on line that they don't have in the stores. I did see this for $19.99:
I looked at www.maternitymall.com to see what other dresses they might have. Not sure how much you want to spend. Here's a few more for under $50.00:

OMG I love that pink dress!
I always get scared ordering things though...like ordering the wrong size and stuff...
You think it matters Im not wearing white or off white??
I really dont want to, being that I am still doing the BIG wedding thing...

Totally agree. I think it would be perfect. I think the pink would be lovely. I don't think you need to wear white.

How are there sizing???
I know they say your pre preg size... but just like reg. clothing... every brand fits differently...
I was at the outlets the other day... I went into baby gap (where the have some maternity) they had no dresses but tops..and I was a small.... usual I wear a medium...and lately in some things Ive been buying a large (my boobs dont fit into anything :(

its free shipping over $75 so order two and return the one that doesnt fit. Where was there maternity in a baby gap which one. Im in search of gap maternity on the island

The only Gap Maternity on long island is in bridgehampton (then there queens/nyc-forest hills and NYC 34th st), but the Riverhead outlets (Tanger) had some maternity things in the baby gap next to Banana Republic. It was very limited though.
