Extended COBRA subsidy
FYI.
Federal legislation was passed and signed yesterday extending COBRA subsidy by 6 months. The bill extends entry into the COBRA subsidy program from December 31, 2009 until February 28, 2010. Therefore, anyone let go from a job through no fault of their own through February 28, 2010 is eligible for 15 months of COBRA subsidy. Those who are already benefiting from the COBRA subsidy, which was previously limited to 9 months will now be eligible for 15 months of the subsidy.

ETS: Mine ended last month so I paid the full amount for December. I want to make sure I'm still eligible for the extension.
