PCOS symptoms show up only after being on BC

I showed no symptoms of PCOS until after being on the depoprovera shot for about a year. Then I was diagnosed. Before the shot I always had regular AF. Did anybody else have this problem too? Could the shot have thrown my system off?

The metformin isn't changing my bloodwork at all. And I'm sick of taking it. I'm on my last depo shot now. We want to start TTC in the next few months. (I know it could take a while)

I'm not too familiar with the depo shot. But I hear you about the Met. Talk to your doctor about your concerns.
