1 year ago today was my D&C...
sad anniversary for me today....my life has changed in many ways in this past year. I kind of see things differently than before, its hard to explain.
just curious if there's anyone else who miscarried a year ago or more and hasn't become pregnant again? either b/c you're not trying or b/c you are but haven't conceived....
we haven't really tried, I actually went back on the pill b/c I went back to work after getting laid off in March and work has been super stressful, I need to come to a point where I will be happy when I get pregnant again....we have a big trip to Finland for my cousin's wedding in June, after that we'll see how I'm feeling...I turn 30 next week and my hubby will be 35 soon, he's freaking out that he doesn't have kids yet, and honestly it's causing me more stress! just wanted to see where others are and whether they felt this emotional strain after miscarrying and not wanting to rush into getting pregnant again.....
sorry I've been away from LIF for so long!! I guess sometimes it was hard for me to read alot of happy updates when I've felt so drained.

I'm sorry. I can imagine It will be hard when get to teh aniiversary of my miscarriages or your EDD.
It is such a hard thing to go through. I have got pregnant since my 1st miscarriage ( 2 months later) but it ended with a 2nd miscarriage.
You will know when you are ready again and more relaxed about TTC. Which is so not easy to be relaxed...( I get anxiety just thinking about the OPK, and HPT. lol

I just saw a post of yours while doing a search on the home board and came to see when you were on last- and saw that you posted yesterday!
I don't have much advice- since I've never been in your shoes- but don't let DH add more stress...you both have to be ready to try again- and you're the one that has to do all the work when it happens.

At least you can say you havent been trying...and not that you have been trying..and got nothing..I really think both of you have to be 100% ready and happy and when you think its the right time go for it.
After our wedding my husband and I were going through so many family problems dealing with that and we totally let 2 years go by without even trying so I can relate....it will happen

Yes, it has been over a year for us and I think that you and I were due at the same time.
We haven't been trying at all. My PG was a complete surprise. Who knows what God had planned.
