Teeth grinding?
Does anyone grind their teeth a lot? (Daytime too?). I know it could be stress related.
What are some things you've done to stop it?

by any chance, do your gums still bleed when you brush your teeth?

Re: Teeth grinding?
they sell a nite guard kit in the stores to wear at nite..its a rubbery thing to prevent grinding.
or you can talk to your dentist about having one custom made, but those can be pricey.

Re: Teeth grinding?
DH said I do this sometimes in my sleep! I can't tell you what I have done to stop it since I apparently don't have control over it anyway!

Re: Teeth grinding?
It could caused be anything, including parasites. So anyone who grinds teeth needs to get checked, since it can hurt teeth and jaw and you can get headaches from it. I know this bc my uncle had the problem after he came back from Afghanistan (when Russian Afghan war was going on) and they checked him for parasites. tests came back positive and he was treated , he was fine after that, no more teeth grinding. You can also talk to your dentist and they should be able to give you something to prevent the grinding so you don't hurt your teeth and /or jaw.
I just found this: link
