what should I make for Mother's Day dinner?
My mom likes fish a lot, but my grandfather will also be there who is a meat and potatoes kinda guy. I want to make something special, but something everyone will like. Any ideas? TIA

How about a chicken or meat dish and side salads that might include fish in them? I find really great recipes at foodnetwork.com

You could go with a "meaty" fish, such as salmon or swordfish. That may satisfy both.

Well, my mom's boyfriend is allergic to seafood , so that's out. I think I'm going with chicken parm :) I think that will satisfy everyone ! Thanks for your help!
