I guess I'm joining this board

was 6w5d yesterday, started spotting which turned into bleeding. I actually had my regular scheduled OB appt to see if we would see a heartbeat yesterday but since I was bleeding she drew blood to see if my hormone levels stopped rising. We hoped the bleeding would stop and she was sending me for a 3d/4d sono but it looks like I have my period this morning

Guess it's an early miscarriage, I'm trying to be strong but my heart is broken! Dr. said we can try again right away since my body is getting rid of it itself

Never thought my 1st pregnancy would turn out this way....this sucks!!!!!

I'm so sorry! I've been there. Nobody ever expects it. I'm glad your body is taking care of things though. That's what happened with me, and my period came back exactly 28 days later (on time). So hopefully yours will do the same. i'm glad you can start trying again. I would wait at least one cycle though just to make sure everything's back to normal.

Sending hugs and prayers your way. If you ever need to talk, I'm here. So sorry for your loss. I know this is a tough time. But the ladies on this board are AWESOME. They've gotten me through some very very rough times. So don't hesitate to ever come to us for anything you need!!!

I'm so so so sorry for your loss It is definitely a hard thing that no one should have to go through. It's good that your doctor said you can try again right away...this site is good to talk about whatever....it is great support and I don't think I would've gotten through it with out these girls.

Thanks ladies, I will def need your suport in the next few days/weeks/months! It's wierd bc I'm not angry but I am overcome with this feeling of saddness, it all feels so surreal.

It is surreal...and hard to wrap your head around. You will probably go through a ton of emotions. The good thing is that it's passing on it's own...as sad as it sounds its better than having to have a D&C or take the meds...

I am so sorry you are going through this! It is tough in the beginning and you will need some time to heal. It may take some time but then you will start to heal and get excited to TTC again.

It's a terrible loss no-one should have to go through.
