Someone please tell me about flat temps in the 2ww

i've never had my temps become flat. could this be a good sign? or is something wrong with my thermometer?

Being that they are flat as high as it is and just for one day, I wouldn't worry.

My temp actually went down like .2 on the day I got my BFP and it was 98.4, so I wouldn't ready too much into one temp, I started charting after I went off the pill to understand my cycle and avoid PG because we were going to wait like 6 months, but got PG my second cycle instead ...

...overall for you it's been high since FF said you ovulated...

Flat temps happen all the time...they don't have much meaning. Usually it's when the hormones are stabilized....and not much change in the levels are going on...but that's also questionable. (it's hard to correlate temps with hormone changes).

If the thermometer reveals the same temp throughout the day ...and never changes, then the battery could be dead.
