Salary
went on an interview this morning and the woman asked me if I was okay with the salary, which I said yes.
But now thinking about it, I'm okay with the high end of the range...so do I wait to see if I am offered the position to say something or do I state it in the thank you email I plan on sending her?

just wait. You will have more bargaining power when they make you the offer, then you know they like you.
If they are deciding between you and one other person for example, this could work against you before they make their final decision.
