I'm about to take a sledgehammer to my blackberry
Most people who work for my company are in Sydney. One of my bosses is there too sending me all sorts of 'urgent' emails that are like the opposite of urgent.
AND NO ONE SEEMS TO EFFING REALIZE THAT IT'S ALMOST MIDNIGHT IN NEW YORK.
Turning it off so I can sleep.  But seriously, this is dumb. If you send me an email from Sydney and it's 3 am in NY you really think I'm gonna respond?

That sounds like it sux! Is it possible that they are just sending it as it comes to their attention, with the hopes that you would jump on it when normal business hrs resume in the USA?
lol I know its still as annoying as sh*t but just a thought.
