OMG!!! that's great!!!!! So happy for you!
He had a good interview. The recruiter beat him up a bit but we'll see if he gets a call back. There will be 3 rounds.
He has another meeting today at my firm but the other job pays waaaaaaaay more.
Either way, he had to start somewhere.

He didn't get the first job. He is a candidate for the one at my firm but he's not sure he really wants it.

He will. I have faith. He is actually getting quite a few call backs on his resume.
Glad about that. I know lots of people who send 100s of resumes and never hear.
He was bummed because it was a ton of money but in the end he probably wouldn't have been happy.
