crying out of the blue...

does this ever happen to you girls?

Yesterday I was having a really good day at work, my little students were so cute, they make me laugh all day. As soon as I got home, I looked at my calendar and realized how far along into my pregnancy I would have been and I burst into tears, like sobbing!!! After a few minutes I felt better, but I was like whoa! where did that come from!

Ugh I just want a healthy baby Chat Icon

Yes it definitely happens to me too. The littlest thing can set me off - a commercial, a song or like you a date even. I really wish I had tougher skin.

First off, I'm sorry you were having a bad day!

It's totally normal. This journey is extremely emotional and there are a rollercoaster of emotions you will go through.

SOmetimes it's good to have those day where you just breakdown....I think I have found those days usually make you tougher.
I just had one of those days & today I feel 10X better. I think you just need to get everything out of your system every now and then.

Totally happens. It happened to me yesterday and today. Having to go through this is so unfair. Just unfair.

Re: crying out of the blue...

My crying out of the blue happened on Monday. It started at home and I carried it all the way to Barnes and Noble. I then sat indian style in the aisle of the "women's health" section and continued to cry. Yes, thats right, the tears were rolling down my face in public. I couldn't help it, I need it too. I think its very normal to cry for no reason, even though we all "know" the reason. My only advice is to tell you to hang on and be strong.

Re: crying out of the blue...

I cried a lot a few days after M/C was officially over. I feel a little better already but yesterday I teared up at work b/c I had a hard day. Its weird but sometimes I feel a wave of sadness pass over me when I think about how happy we were to become parents and all of the fun things that were going to happen. I think it is normal that that happened to you. I hope you are feeling better today!! Chat Icon

Re: crying out of the blue...

Happens to me too...it could be a comment, something I got in the mail, a song, seeing a mother with a child, or even a song on the radio. I was good for a while and then as you said "out of the blue" it happens.
