Cleaning Person...
Im looking for someone to come into my home and do a really good "SPRING CLEANING"...
It would be just a ONE SHOT for now...
But, if I can talk the hubby into it, may be an every other week type of thing...

My person would do a one shot and be pretty happy to get the work. For Spring cleaning, I would just tell her exactly what you want done and she will do it.
