I am not sure what I want to do, can I have your opinion.
Last month was my first month with ECF and not that I didnt like them, but I didnt love them either. This month I tried naturally because we were on a cruise all last week and that was suppose to be my O time. Unfortunately, my CBFM never registered a peak, and its still registering high. We did bd a lot (not more than 1x a day) and now I am wondering if I want to go back to them. The dr wants to put me on the injectables for an IUI and I dont want to do it. My thinking is, if I am going to do the injectables, then we will do the IVF my insurance will cover it so thats not a probem. But, I dont know what I want to do. Try naturally for a few months since they haven't found anything wrong with me or dh. Stay with them and try another IUI or convince them to do an IVF, go somewhere else, or go back to my original dr, who I love, and talk to him about it. Maybe Ill be lucky and this wont be an issue, but I want to be prepared if it is. Oh, and my dh said I should decide he'll be behind me a 100%.

My advice is to go for second or third consult with other doctors, and see which RE and clinic you are comfortable with.

Sounds liek you have a few decisions to make. What course of action to take, as well as what Dr. is going to be best for you and make you most comfortable.
Think it out. What is it about the injectables youdont want to do with an IUI? Im on my 2nd month of them for IUI and ITs different then an IVF. ITs not nearly as much...one injection usually nighlty for like 10 days , one in the moring at the end for 1-3 days and then the trigger. How many iuis have you had?
IVF does of course have a higher success rate so if its something you think you should go to now, thats your option and you should make sure the RE understands that and agrees. IF EC doesnt, then maybe you should get another opinion.
If its all overhwleming, then I would think maybe a break while trying naturally will make you feel a lot better.
Cant give you advice on what to do, but decide whats the most you can handle.
Keep in miind, injectable IUI and IVF require a lot of RE visits, more so then a regular IUI . Is that a problem in your schedule?
I wish I had an answer for you..but wishing you good luck with what ever you decide.
I do think you have to be happy with your DR. to ease the stress, and should find a new RE if your not 100 % happy with the current one.
Its a rough road, no doubt about it

I think the most important thing is to be comfortable with your MD and feeling like they make decisions with you not for you. Once you are comfortable with your MD it should be aloit easier to make a decision.
