If you have a will and care to share....
are there any children in it?
if so, what age would you allow the funds to be received?
do you think that will change in the future if you have your own?
would it change if you no longer had a spouse or S/O?

Dh and I don't have a will yet, but my niece and nephew (1.5 and 6 years old respectively) are beneficiaries on my life insurance (after DH).
When do make a will, they will be the beneficiaries after DH as well. I will probably set it up that they cannot have the money until they are 18, or that my sister is in charge of the money for them until they turn 18. I'd want them to be able to use it for college and such, so I think 18 is a good age for that.

Same here with my neices. In case my DH and I die we have money going to my sister for DH's son. We dont trust his mother with the money.

I have any inheritance that I receive from my parents going to my sister's girls upon my death. I do hope it won't be before they are 18, but that is the age that they would receive it with their mother acting as trustee until they reach 25.
