I will be giving him a not so great review on LIW once my album is finished - I don't know how you could "not know" if you can retouch the photos - maye he should look at them first and then respond...

thats nuts! when i asked my photog if they could edit their response was "we can edit anything"
John wears a yellow Livestrong bracelet and it was showing a lot in some pics, they edited it right out and it looks great

He did it - he edited everything out that I wanted, I don't know why he couldn't have just answered like a normal human being...

I don't know the background here, but as a photographer myself there are just some times you can't get a perfect result from photoshopping something. It's not a magic wand that makes things magically happen, it's very time consuming to edit.
I hope you'll reconsider giving him a bad review until after you get the album and see what he was able to do. There might be some images that he can't take the hairband off without it looking wierd.
Even commercial photographers/editors get it wrong. Check out www.photoshopdisasters.com...some funny stuff :)

Thats crazy, mine keeps trying to add charges and lie about things on the contract...gimme a break... didn't we pay them enough to get what we want?
