Sooooooooo nervous
I've been having SERIOUS issues with a team member that reports into me as acting supervisor. After a lengthy exchange of emails he failed to show up to work yesterday and sent a cryptic message at the end of the day requesting a private meeting with me, closed door, no email, no documentation. This guy was written up a few months ago by his prior supervisor for completely losing his temper on him.
I AM NERVOUS AS ALL HELL! I told my friends to walk by the room a few times to make sure I'm still alive in there!
I need some good luck vibes! Meeting starts in a few minutes!

Still alive  Went ok - he went on about how he thinks his work is good. I had to explain in detail how it is not. Didn't get heated at all, which is good I suppose!
