Non-compete clauses?
I recently quit my job to be a SAHM, but they're offering me a part-time consultant position.
I need to incorporate (not a big deal, already talked to our accountant) but if I personally have a non-compete clause with this company, am I obligated to have my corp consult ONLY to them? Or would I be able to consult to them ANd to other companies simultaneously?

at the time of hiring this is something you want negotiate now - you may want to consult with a lawyer to set up your own consulting contract with them
