Looking for a part time job - 3 full days a week

I currently work in Finance in NYC and just had a baby. I'd like to get something part time (3 full days a week) on Long Island. I have a feeling I won't be able to stay with Finance, but I could do anything billing/finance/administrative. Anyone know of any openings or the best place to look?

register with indeed.com they will alert you of openings. Beyond that I think smaller companies and/or privately held companies would have the greatest need for this.

Pull Newsday's list of largest LI public companies and see what they have open. Also, speak to a local recruiter like Lloyd Staffing. They can likely help find something that could be a match.

I know you said 3 full days but I know of a position for 5 days/week - noon to 4ish (copied and pasted from my previous post):

Suffolk County National Bank in Deer Park is hiring for a P/T teller position - 5 days/week. I believe the hours are noon to 4ish.

I saw a sign when I was in there the other day....

It was the Deer Park branch on Grand Blvd.

That was so nice of you!! I definitely can't do 5 days a week because of day care issues. I did apply to a teller position that was 3 weeks. maybe i'll hear back.
