Cobra Extended to 3 years?
Does anyone have any info about this? i've tried to do some research but can't find anything.
i know the cobra stimulus has expired but i heard that a federal law was requiring companies to extend cobra up to 36 months

I was told by my previous employer that it was extended to 36 months.
I also couldn't find anything on line but called my insurance company and they confirmed it.

my former employer said it ended in 18 months, but they have no formal HR dept. and they are not the most honest people (a big reason why i left). I will contact the insurance company too - thank you!
