Is anyone else a hypochondriac / have health anxiety?

I am just curious if I am the only one who deals with this. I am constantly worried about my health (even though i've been told nothing is wrong). I notice every little feeling/change in my body and assume the worst. I am even afriad of silly things, like catching the flu and regular bugs. And of course I'm afriad of the more serious things too!

I'd love to hear from anyone else who deals with this :(

Yes ! I freak out all the time ,but I never go to the doc because I don't want to know I am having really bad issues though with AF and I am finally going to the doc for it ! I like to keep it all to myself though ,b/c I don't like complaining

I am so scared of dr's. . Funny thing is I work for a doctor!!! I go to dr's , but after taking 2 sick parents that have passed away from major things, I have a panic attack and they can't take my blood pressure in the office. I know way to much about healthcare and tests. You would never know how scared I am when I go into a dr's office because I do not lead on about this.
