Food..

Ok, so Peanut used to go on this kick of getting tired of her food. She refuses to eat wet food, so everytime she would finish an 8-10lb bag of dry food (about 3 months) I'd buy her a different brand/flavor than the one before.

She had the Beneful Healthy Coat and finished it so I bout an Iams. But now she won't eat the Iams. She's had it in the past but refuses to touch it now.

I went out and bought her the Beneful Healthy Coat again and am hoping she'll at least sniff it.

With that being said comes my question. Does anyone here alternate their pet's food or do you just stick with the same one?

Re: Food..

i pretty much stick with the same one. but once this bag is done im switching them to Innova or Wellness because i found an igrediant i didnt like in their current food.

Iams and Beneful arent good foods anyway. Try her on maybe one of the two i mentioned or Canidae or Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Sould or Merrick. '

all good foods.

Re: Food..

We changed once from Nutro to Hill's Presciption Diet I/D and we've stuck with that. Sometimes, like when she was fixed, I buy the wet version of the I/D and mix it with the dry to make sure she eats.

Re: Food..

I stick with the same..no need to mess with the digestive system so often. As a rule Dogs will not starve themselves. Eventually she will eat food that she may stick her nose up at first. But may-be make it interesting with a TBSP of a wet flavored food mixed in.Chat Icon
