Cool places you took your Pup!
Do you bring your dog on vacation or any unusual places? What dog-friendly cities have you gone to?
We have taken our pup to the Baltimore Waterfront (and FortMcHenry-birthplace of the National Anthem), Annapolis, Washington DC(with great pics of him in front of the White House, Nation monument ect..), Newport, RI(walked him by the waterfront and mansions), Mystic, CT....Very dog friendly cities. We also love walking him over the Brooklyn Bridge, and to the Fire Island Shore (in the off-season).

Central park. Dallas loves it & it is super dog friendly, made for dogs. Canada is also very dog friendly. I have never taken Dallas but I had a small dog as a child that we traveled everywhere with. All restaurants in Quebec & Montreal have cabaret license & allow you to eat outside with your dog @ your table (in nice weather of course) My childhood dog also went to Washington D.C., Grand Cannon, Yellowstone national park, Disney & even Vegas.
Dh & I find the town of Northport is very Dog friendly.
Edit- Dallas has been over the Brooklyn bridge.

They are allowed at the park on the waterfront (Northport Park I think).
Also...Coindre Hall in Huntington has a beautiful view and fun place for the dogs.

I have to agree about Coindre Hall! There is a part all the way in the back of the park where the dogs can jump in the water and play!

I really laughed out loud when I saw this one!  That is so funny!
We took a mini vacation to Montauk last year and I posted this about it.
We were going to take a quick weekend trip to Lake George last fall and found some dog-friendly places but they were all booked up.
There's a place up by Killington Vermont that caters to people with dogs, they have dogsitting available and activities for them even.
I think it's becoming a more common thing!

That's so fun!
San Diego is pretty pet-friendly also! At the W-hotel... they have a doggie room service menu! 
And at La Valencia, they allow dogs of ALL sizes... we saw a GIANT dog there! it was adorable! I can't get on FB to copy the pic at work, but if we're friends on there.. check it out!

OMG, These are GREAT pics.
We haven't taken our dog on vacation yet, but he does get to spend a lot of time on the Great South Bay on my parents boat. He loves it. Last summer, we went kayaking. I have an adorable pic. I'll post it when I'm out of hiding (baby on board).
