clomid
Just in case I have to wind up going this route..for those of you that have taken Clomid...what have been the positives and negatives of being on it?

I had to take Clomid to conceive my first child. I took one round and miraculously, it worked! Turned out my only problem was that I wasn't ovulating. Thank God no other problems existed. However, the side effect of the Clomid (for me) was a migraine that I had never experienced ever before in life! I seriously couldn't see and I had to continue teaching (2nd grade) for 4 more hours. Aside from that retched day, the outcome was a pure miracle. My son is now 4 years old and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
PS- My second pregnancy, didn't need a thing. My first pregnancy must have kicked my ovaries into gear!

I took it for several cycles. I never had any side effects. Good luck!

Positives....Ovulating....only negative I had was hot flashes and some mild moodiness

I'm on my first cycle with it and waiting to O. The only side effect I had was waking up once or twice a night with hot flashes cause I took it before bed.

Well, I am on my first round of Clomid and although I am 2 weeks late and I have had many negative urine tests, AF has decided to leave town anyway! So for me, Clomid has actually stopped my period, to where I've never missed one before -except when I conceived my last child. I will have to take something to get it going again. Right now I feel nauseated and tired. When I first took it, I got nipple tenderness, hot flashes and headaches.
