On the days I do AIS I see 4-5 small groups (3-4 kids each) and I see a few kids individually. I also do staff developing so I have flexibility in my schedule to meet with the teachers once a week to discuss progress, regression, reading techniques the child was taught and should be using on a regular basis and remediation techniques they can use with the child/children. I mix the kids according to need so most times I am picking up from multiple classrooms. Most of my lessons are Orton based and last 40-50 minutes.
