Well my due date is FAST approaching. My last cycle before my due date just ended. I hoped I'd be pregnant again before then. But that's impossible now.
As the days go by it gets harder and harder.
I feel soooooo defeated right now. This just doesn't seem like it's going to happen; ever.

THis journey can s*ck and somtimes takes longer then we expect....but eventually it will all work out.

I won't give up. We def won't be buying condoms or any of that. but it's just such a feeling of defeat and failure, month after month and that makes me just want to throw the towel in. And those feelings each month just remind me of what I had and lost and how i feel like a failure because of it. It's a viscious cycle.
I've been trying SO HARD to be positive. And I have been at times. But the BFN and AF coming each month knock your positivity down.

Each month too.. I have to tell DH "I just got my period. I'm sorry, not this month either."

sweetie, why would you ever feel like a failure??? just because you arent pregnant in the time frame that you made up for yourself?? that is just mind over matter. these time frames only exist because you placed them there. in essence you only fail if you give up. you WILL get pregnant again!!
a m/c has absolutely nothing to do with being a failure, nor does not being able to get pregnant again. there is nothing you did to make either outcome occur, and there is nothing you can do to change it at this point.
you just have to keep on chugging along and KNOW that you WILL get back there!!!

IDK why I feel like a failure. But from the moment the mc happened that was one of the first feeling's I've had and it hasn't dissapated much. And I think each month that goes by that things don't change, It just reiterates that feeling for me.
I long passed the time frame I gave myself for things in life. By a LONG SHOT!! I thought I'd be married at like 23 and start trying not long afte that. HA HAHAHA!! SOOO didn't happen!! And I was perfectly fine with that.
We knew we would try on the HM. Not really expecting it to happen on the HM. I always had this feeling that my TTC journey would be really long and stressful and it just wouldn't come easy for me. So when it did initially... it was like a serious blessing! I felt sooooo incredibly blessed and I was soooo grateful for it happening on the first try. And now that we lost it ... It became important to me to get pregnant before my due date. I knew I had not much control over that and it was up in the air... but I really wanted that to happen. I know that it's OK that that won't be the case and I really try to not beat myself up over it. Lately it's just harder though.
The thing with the HM though... we had ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD while we were away... and just by sheer statistics of the about of times of  it would have been impossible to NOT get prgnant.
Next month I'm going to try something new. I'm going to go for that Deanna's plan thing. It somewhat mimics my HM.
I'm trying to tell myself that "i can do this and that it will happen". I need to remind myself to be patient and that it's OK that it's almost August (the dreaded month) and I'm not there yet. It's just REALLY hard! And I think the mc is what makes it worse! I wouldn't have any sort of time frame on it because I was expecting a long journey. But the MC makes me eager to have it happen by a certain time. I know it's unnecessary stress. You are so right.

I'm sorry! I know how you feel. I went through that back in February. I swore I'd be pg again by the time my ODD came around...but alas I wasn't.
Do your best to keep yourself busy adn try to celebrate something good in your life.

Our due date was 7/5 & yes i thought we would be prego again until i relaized i really wasnt ready to be prego again. We decided to wait until Sept. So even though that date has passed i know eventually we will have our baby. Dont be upset or feel like a failure. It will happen. I think putting so much pressure to try to beat that day may not be helping. Enjoy it & it will happen. Good luck to you.
