I've never seen a coupon code. And all of their coupons say not valid online ... it stinks.

If you order something online at BBB you have to pay full price--but then you can go to the store with your packing slip and a coupon and they'll reimburse you the 20%. I've done this countless times and was never given a problem.

Or you can go to BB&B, have them order it online for you and they will take the 20% coupon then and you can ship to the store/self.
