So what do you do AFTER
your BDing???
I know this is a little personal, but if you don't mind sharing.... what is the "correct" thing to do AFTER you BD if you want to get pregnant? Do you prop yourself with a pillow underneath or stick your legs in the air  or just carry on with your business. Sorry for being so personal but I figured every little bit of information helps!!!

With my first child, we tried to get pregnant for almost a year. I felt that half the problem was that (sorry if TMI) some "stuff" would just fall right out of me. So I decided to keep my legs in the air (feet to the ceiling) for a half an hour after. I also propped my butt up on a (towel covered) pillow. It might not have accomplished anything but I felt I had to do SOMETHING to get those little guys swimming in the right direction. Later found out I needed to take Clomid, but still, legs in the air couldn't hurt!!!

I keep my legs in the air for at least 15 minutes but so far that hasn't helped. Baby dust to you

As soon as I saw this question, I though about all of the unplanned pregancies where women, more than likely, don't do a thing afterwards. I Am sure raising yourself may increase your chances to some degree, but I would just relax and let nature do its thing.

It worked last month
that's what I've been doing, maybe not for 10 minutes though. I hope I have the same luck as you! CONGRATS!

I didn't do a damn thing after BD'ing and conceived twice. I was told by my dr the time you are done and get up to pee, the millions of sperm are already up there trying to get to that egg if it's there. The stuff that falls out is "waste", the good, strong boys are already on there way!

you have to be careful cause if you are prone to UTI keeping your legs up might cause it (if you get UTI's it is recommended to go to the bathroom before and after s e x)

Yes, i have heard the same. The excess that falls out is extra. But those strong bad boys are already way up there on thier mission trying to locate the egg if its there. So no need to go crazy holding your legs up. I believe its an old wives tale.
