Acupuncture for anxiety?
Has anyone tried this and found it to be effective? If so, can you please recommend where you went? I'm looking for somewhere in Nassau/Western Suffolk. Thanks!!!

Re: Acupuncture for anxiety?
I think if you believe in it and want it to work, it is better.
I'm a very "suggestive" person. For example, you tell me I look flushed, I immediately think I have a fever coming on.
I couldn't relax with the idea of needles in me....even though they did not hurt at all (they are so fine)
I thought i started feeling numbness, tingling, etc..which can be normal, but I didn't like it.
It's worth a try! A lot of girls here recc'd james shinol

he reminded me of justin timberlake/neil patrick harris..
