Lands End Backpack Rave
I ordered the StudyHaul for DD to use this year. She wanted a butterfly embroidered onto it, but when it came the butterfly was obviously crooked. They paid to have it returned to them and they sent us a new one with the embroidery perfect. Not often that you get such great customer service, so I figured I'd share in case anyone was on the fence about ordering from them.

Re: Lands End Backpack Rave
I know! They are phenomenal. DD had a lunch sack I used for her snack last year. The zipper got caught in the lining and the lining was ripped. I called them to see if they could repair and they said ok, we're sending you a new one overnight.
I also just got each kid a new backpack for the upcoming school year. DS got a red one and DD a navy blue one with flowers. Very happy.

Re: Lands End Backpack Rave
Their Customer service is really great. I ordered DS backpack in sears. At the last minute he changed his mind about the color and picked something that was online but not available in the store. Based on his fabric choice I ordered a monogram in red. When we got home DS wanted to show his Dad what he ordered. When we looked online again the fabric color looked really different. I "spoke to" customer service online to find out the real color. The CS rep sent someone to retrieve a sample of the actual backpack and recommended a color change. We received our order in about a week and it looks great.

Re: Lands End Backpack Rave
I've bought my girls' backpacks there for the past few years. They are well worth the money, and last the entire year. Then after the school year, they use them for camp, and they are still in shape to use for school again! (I get them a new one each fall to give them a change, but could have kept using them!)

Sorry to resurrect such an old post
I was looking into getting my DS one of these for kindergarten....
Do you all order them online or is their a Lands End store
For some reason I thought there was an outlet store but maybe I'm imagining ...Otherwise I will order online

Re: Lands End Backpack Rave
You can buy them at Sears (and return them there if you ever decide it's not up to par or wearing well)

Re: Lands End Backpack Rave
I always order online, and since I do a ton of online ordering, I always get free shipping email from Lands End. Any returns I take right to the Sears stores.
