how harmful is it to breathe it in? DH did something to the freezer yesterday and it burst a pipe or somehting. the whole kictchen smells horrible like Free-on.
it this really harmful? what to do?
i guess we ahve to go to the landlord and tell her?

You kind of have to tell the landlord but I looked up breathing it in and here is what I found.
Breathing large amounts of freon 113 for short periods of time adversely affects the human nervous system. Effects range from dizziness to in coordination and irregular heartbeat. These effects are not likely to occur at levels of freon 113 that are normally found in the environment.
Freon 113 is not likely to cause adverse human health effects following repeat exposure to smaller amounts of the chemical over long periods of time.
