Ready Or Not - Here We Come by Elizabeth Lyons was a great read - very funny. She also has a sequel for the toddler years.

I found Ready or Not Here We Come and Twinspiration (available on amazon) to be the most helpful and practical for twins.
Any other books out at that time, 3 years ago, really only had one chapter devoted to multiples.

I like "Juggling Twins". I was also recommended a book called "Contented House with Twins" from another twin mother. It's pretty hard to find online, but she swore by it. I just got it in the mail a couple days ago so not sure how great it is yet though...
