I am pregnant with twins and highly recommend taking the "We're Having Twins or More" Workshop by Parent Sense, Inc. This Workshop introduces you to surviving the first few months and beyond with twins and is taught by two Moms of twins. It highlights that you and your partner BOTH will be needed to care for your babies and a team approach is best. The instructors explain delicately, yet truthfully, what a typical day will be like once your babies arrive. They gave us information on what gear we needed, how to survive the overnight feedings, what type of help we might need, how to feed and burp two at the same time, how to get them on a schedule and general tips about having twins. Their practical advice was easy to understand and no question seemed too trivial. This workshop helped us feel better prepared and at ease about our upcoming roles as new Mom and Dad. The class size was small so they could easily address our questions. They also give workshops on breastfeeding and sleep training. I took both these classes and they were great! Another great thing about the instructors is that they offer different methods on how to do things i.e. breast feeding 1 baby at at time or both. Its nice to get this information from women who have actually been there and done that.
