If you had a loss in the 2nd trimester
For those of you who had a loss in the 2nd trimester.. first of all
I have a few questions. They told me at the hospital that I could experience post postpartum blues and breast engorgement. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced any of this once the baby was out and hormones returned to normal.
Anything else I should know?

So very sorry for your loss, i lost a baby girl at 21 weeks in 2008. It was the hardest thing i have ever experienced i definitely had depression after it for a while i went to talk to someone for a bit which help me a great deal. And my breasts where engorged as well it didnt take long to dry up.

My loss was at 19 weeks but I did not encounter either of those, no engorged breasts and to be honest, I was blue enough that I wouldn't know the difference if it was ppd or just grief from the pregnancy loss. Again, my advice is just to think positively and if you need help, ask for it! Good luck!
