Awesome teaching songs for ECE?
Looking for some new songs for my IPOD to use in my PK room. I use a lot of Dr. Jean & the standards, but could use some new ideas.

I don't know of any educational music but I love the curious geoge soundtrack, it's all Jack Johnson!! I play it for my class all the time

My favorite song on the soundtrack is We're Going to be Friends. I teach 1st grade and I usually include that song on my slide show for back to school night, the mom's all cry!!

Greg and Steve We All Live Together Volume 2 is a great educational CD. If you're looking for something fun, I do Laurie Berkner songs with my pre-schoolers (They LOVE "Dinosaurs Marching" and "I Know a Chicken"). Putumayo makes awesome multicultural CD's for children as well.
